LOUIS FISHER KULP, III was born June 11, 1935 in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. He resided in Lansdale then moved to Abington until relocating to Tampa, FL in 1982. He is preceded in death by his father Louis Fisher Kulp, Jr. He is survived by his mother Emma Bernice Kulp and wife Marilyn Jean Kulp of 44 years until his passing on November 12, 2010 from Cancer. He has two daughters by a previous marriage, Jan Laurene, Alicia Lynne and husband Mark Walls. He and Marilyn have two children -- son William Scott and wife Stephanie Lynne, grandchildren Victoria Ivy and William Thomas; daughter June Marie and husband David Duane Cook, grandsons Adam David and Eric Louis; brother Allen Francis Kulp. He attended Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1953 to 1955, majoring in Civil Engineering. He worked in the Civil Engineering field as Party Chief from 1956 through 1988 in land surveying and bridge and highway construction layout and surveying. He worked throughout the northeastern US, Africa and Florida. He served in the US Army (active duty) from 1957 to 1959. After retiring from the surveying field, he worked for the Association for Multi-media International as Membership Director until 1997. Lou was an avid sports fan, and loved going to the games. He played many sports throughout his life. From running track, playing baseball and basketball in High School and the Army, to playing and coaching adult basketball and softball for many leagues thereafter, as well as playing semi-pro basketball and coaching Little League baseball. All of the Pro- teams will miss his armchair coaching/critique! He enjoyed spending time with his friends, pets and family, and truly loved the outdoors, especially hunting in Pennsylvania, traveling, motoring in his RV, and relaxing at his home and in his pool in Florida. Relatives and Friends are invited to call on Friday, November 19, 2010 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Baron Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where his funeral service will ne held at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to CaringBridge, Donation Processing Center, P.O.
