Obituary of James Adam Bechtel

James A. Bechtel, age 84, of Lansdale died on March 29, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Ann Schroter Bechtel. He is survived by his loving daughter and her husband; June B. and William C. Shirey, by his step-children and their spouses; Allinda Rote, Jennifer Woll and husband Kevin Cole and Peter and Irina Woll. Nine grandchildren and a great-granddaughter also survive him. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Fritz in 2009 and by his sister, Lavinia Heisman. His memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, April 23, 2010, Baron Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where friends will be received from 2:00 until the time of the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Alzheimer's Association, 3544 N.
